| General
Description: This parcel is located on the eastern
side of Hospital Road, between Acadiana Road (north) and Full
Ministry Gospel property (south). It is rectangular in shape,
with road frontage of 358.59 feet and a depth of approximately
900 feet. A small parcel of .34 acres occupies the southwest
corner of the property and is to be included in the sale.
The complex of attached structures is set back from the highway
by a distance of approximately 500 feet, most of which is
occupied by a broad, well-maintained lawn. The buildings are
approached by means of a 30 foot wide concrete drive which
